There are two applicable methods of maintenance; corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance. Corrective maintenance aims at restoring defective equipment back to normal working condition after a total breakdown. The machine is used until it breaks down. This affects equipment productivity, reliability and accuracy.
It can also expose staff to some risks because deteriorating equipment can be hazardous. Preventive maintenance offers a client periodic checking, adjusting, calibration, oiling and replacement of worn out parts to ensure optimal performance before total breakdown. Maintenance can be carried out on call or on contract. On call option require the client to call upon us to carry out maintenance when they deem necessary.
Contract maintenance is an option which an annual contract is signed with the client. The equipment(s) shall purely be in our care and the client can consult on any issues. Track records of each machine are maintained after every visit. Contract maintenance enables diagnosis of prospective failures before they occur. Our service plan will provide the preventive measures requisite to eliminate problems before they arise. This will enable your equipment to operate at optimal level.
