Maintenance can be carried out on call or on contract. On call option require the client to call upon us to carry out maintenance when they deem necessary. Contract maintenance is an option which an annual contract is signed with the client.
The equipment(s) shall purely be in our care and the client can consult on any issues. Track records of each machine are maintained after every visit. Contract maintenance enables diagnosis of prospective failures before they occur.
